The Really: The banks never loaned that bailout money?

Today Congress got around to asking banks why they are HOARDING the bailout money while soon one out of three houses on the market will be a repo, hundreds of thousands lose their jobs, and the stock market wends its way towards 3 figures?

Meanwhile back in Texas they are stringing the signs saying “Mission Accomplished” and “See Ya Suckers!” in anticipation of the return of their favorite son. Nice Job Texas!
