The Really: It is still a toss-up but Franken camp is feeling the love. New York Times Caucus Blog reports on the declaration of the “victory” by the Franken camp; but Nate Silver (statistics guru) still calls it a toss-up though he reported he expected a 27 vote Franken victory a couple of weeks ago.
