U2 Guitarist Has Malibu On Edge

The Really: The Edge (U2 guitarist David Evans) has plans to develop an area above Malibu in unincorporated Los Angeles County but Malibu does not see this as a beautiful day.
The size and scope of the development and the environmental effects to the area (as well as the engineering challenges) leave the residents and the city government more rattled than humming. Expect a fight and expect David Evans to win because achtung baby, money changes everything.
