The Really: The Obama Administration is NOT going to bailout California?

The Los Angeles Times and all of California is absolutely shocked that the Obama Administration has not come to the aid of the bankrupt Super-State.

The Gov.’s wife is a Kennedy (the family that came out for Obama and likely changed the course of the Clinton/Obama Democratic nomination race); the Senators are Di Fi and Boxer (the massively powerful committee chairs and power brokers); the Speaker of the House is a Representative from CALIFORNIA; and the state Dems and Repugs give more money to campaigns than can be counted.

So what gives?
