The Really: All around the internet and spreading like WILDFIRE is the rumor that the suprise plot twist at the end of scary movie ORPHAN is…really?

Well, we will not repeat it the SPOILER (click on “spoiler”) but many sites and comments on sites are disputing it!

Here are some other guesses:

Esther is leftover from Jon & Kate & Nine and is NOT HAPPY about it.
Esther is from Alaska and is NOT HAPPY about it.
Esther is a 33 year-old transgender patient from Montreal and is NOT HAPPY about it.
