The Really: Today a woman had surgery for 22 hours to replace almost her entire face with another woman’s face.

This is the real deal folks. Not much to be humorous about in this story. CNN has a full blown article with many of the details of the surgery as well as showed the news conference with the leaders of the procedures team.
