			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>The Really</strong>: As the kids might say, &#8220;I love me as much Paul Krugman as the next guy&#8221; but his attacks on the Obama Administration economic plan are starting to sound personal rather than Nobel-ish.</p>
<p>Sure there is the need for a wise dissenting opinion about the multi-phase economic plans but these days Krugman&#8217;s dissent is sounding more personal than scholarly.  What? You didn&#8217;t get to be Treasury Secretary yourself? Thank your lucky stars.</p>
