<p>Dow gains 497 points on details of the <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2009/03/24/business/economy/24bailout.html?hp">toxic asset plan from the office of the much </a>maligned Tim Geithner who goes from goat to hero by proposing a deal far better than investor has any hope to ever see again.</p>
<p>So, the guy is actually very talented and very good and once again Obama is right to have stood by him?</p>
